Smiles

Smile has a power. Smile make people happy, even though a person who smiles is unhappy. So when people smile to unhappy people, the unhappy people will be happy. Here is a nice line which I just made right now, "No smiles, no life." It's like "no music, no life", but it makes sense, doesn't it?

By the way, my wallpaper of my cellphone is a smile thing. The picture says 'Egao ga ichiban (Smile is the best)'. I think so. Besides, I believe if I always think everything positive, everything is definitely going well for me. And as I let my own light shine, I unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Smile has a wonderful power to make people happy.

I was a woman....

Last year, in Halloween party in the dorm for exchange students, I became an woman, who name was Tomoko not Tomoki. Actually, it wasn't only me that the person who became a woman. My friend also became a woman, who was named Yoshiko. We bought big boobs in a 100yen shop in downtown, and something good and funny for the party in donkihote in downtown too. And I borrowed some clothes from one of exchange students. Can you imagine that? I was kinda sexy without make-up. I don't know why we decided to be a woman, but as a result, it was fun. However, I don't want to disguise myself as a woman anymore because it's such a silly thing I've ever done even though it was kinda fun... yeah, kinda... not really.

Sky

I'm going to school by bike these days. I used a scooter from the end of September of last year till the second weekend of October of this year, but the scooter is my friend's one. I mean he has been renting it to me for a year because he had got a car. However, he can't use the car anymore now. So I had to give it back to him after English Weekend.

Now, as I said, I'm going to school by bike. It takes 40 minutes to come to school, but I enjoy it. And yesterday, I just noticed one thing. I was going home yesterday night, then I suddenly looked up the sky. There were lots of beautiful stars in the sky! I was impressed that because it was beyond description! In Kumamoto, we can see many stars at night. You should look up the sky at night, and you can find some constellations! You will be impressed.

Speaking of stars, it's the best that stars I saw in New Zealand. It cannot be compared with Kumamoto's one. There were soooo many beautiful stars there. I couldn't believe that then, but it was true. All stars were brilliant. I can't forget that sky...!

Usually, I'm supposed to have 4 classes on Friday, but I only have to 2 classes tomorrow. It's because 2 of 4 classes will be canceled. You know what? It means I can go back home so early, and I can have so much time to sleep! Yay! But actually, I will eat yakiniku tomorrow night, so maybe I'm not going back home tomorrow, I'm not sure though...

Dorm, such a nice place ever! ~Writing Essay: My favorite place~

Do you know a dorm for exchange students from KGU overseas?? If yes, you are nice, but even if you don't know it, it is okay! It is because I'm going to introduce about it this time. My favorite place is the dorm, so I can tell about it to you as much as I know. It is included good points and some kind of bad points. Are you ready to start? Alright, let's start!

First of all, let me introduce people living there. Right now, there are about 25 people in the dorm. And they came from the US, Canada, England, Australia, Thailand, South Korea, and Chinese. Some people live there for about 1 year, other people live there for about 6 mouths. It depends on each student. In almost every weekend, they hold a party to get drunk, or they go to downtown to get drunk as well. If I'm in a party with them drinking alcohol, I can speak English much better than now somehow, which is called "飲むゅニケーション" stands for "nomu(飲む)" and "communication".

Second, I'm going to talk about the reason why I go to the dorm. But before that, let me talk about my experience. It was last year's maybe May that I went there for the first time. One of the exchange students at that time forced me to come there in order to eat a cuisine, I mean his cooking. Even though I could really nice time with him at that time, but I was afraid of going there several times because I was not familiar with the exchange students and the dorm. But it's getting better and better, and I'm not afraid of going there any more. Now I'm going there to chill out, to talk with them, to drink, to learn English and Korean, and so on. When I talk with them in English, my English skills are getting better little by little even if I'm not drunk. There's a lot of opportunities to hang out with them. For example, if you are friends with any of them, you might be invited to somebody's birthday party, and you can be friends with other exchange students! That's why I go there.

Third, there are some events in the dorm. As I said right before above, for instance, some people hold a birthday party, what is more, welcome/farewell party, Halloween party, just getting drunk party, and so on are held. Every party is quite fun, one is kinda sad though. And we Japanese can invite them to a party outside of the dorm like downtown. We can hang out anytime we like with them It's depending on them though... However, there's one bad thing for exchange students and us visitors. It is the curfew which is till 0:00am. No one can break it, and if exchange students don't go back home, they are scolded by a caretaker of the dorm. It's soooo strict, isn't it? But it is the rule, so every visitor has to keep that as well.

As a conclusion, I've been having quite fun time with exchange students since I went there for the first time. And I keep going there whenever I can because I can learn many good things for me, can drink with them, and can be good friends with them! What is more, this is kind of origin place to start communicate with exchange students. If I didn't meet the man who forced me to go to the dorm, I don't write about the dorm. When I go there, I just feel like everything is going to be okay I don't know why. So why don't you go to the dorm? You don't know where it is? That's okay, just feel free to ask me. When you are there, everything is going to be alright!

Nightmare...

Yesterday, I saw a dream. It's not good dream, but it's a... nightmare. I was quite tired because of English Weekend, so I went bad right after I went back home without taking a shower. And it's the beginning of the nightmare...

I was seeing a dream, and suddenly, one of the exchange students appeared in the dream. And then, he tried to rape me. He forced me to kiss him, but of course I didn't accept it because I'm not gay! What the hell was he doing!!?? And then I tried to get him off on my body, but he is heavy and my left pelvis was suddenly hurt. I couldn't get him off... I shouted really loudly with quite dirty words such as f*** off motherf****** son of a b****! But I couldn't...

I woke up with the pain of my left pelvis. But I couldn't believe it because my pelvis was still hurt, and I felt something on my body...! I tried to open my eyes and to check my body... Fortunately, there's nothing on my body, and I noticed that was such a bad nightmare ever. But I don't know why the pain was still on my left pelvis...

Next morning, it's probably NO though, I noticed he is gay. Because even though he is a man, he raped me in the nightmare. There's no relation with the dream but I hate him. You know what? Gay people is not bad. To me, it's just so what? I mean, there are many kinds of people in the world. But this case is totally different! ...I will try to... you know... but it's really difficult for me right now. It takes much longer time... about a month at least??

My favorite place is... what??

My favorite place is the dorm for exchange students. I often go there because there is so much fun place, even though there is a curfew... But it doesn't matter for me because I can spend much time with exchange students almost everyday.

Now about 30 people live in there in total now. They are from America, Canada, England, Australia, Korea, China, Vietnam, and Thailand. Everybody can learn their mother tongue in the dorm. In my case, I'm majoring in English so I can improve my English skills there. And I'm interested in Korean, so I can learn Korean.

In the dorm, as I said, people from 8 countries live there, which means, we can know their cultures. Most of people can speak Japanese, so we can talk about it in Japanese, and we can talk about it in English too. And sometimes, they cook me their ethnic foods. My favorite one is Korean food. Of course it's too spicy, but I can eat them up because I love spicy food!

I'm sure some people want to know English slang. Me too. If we go to the dorm, we can know some English slang, even f-words, swear words, and something like that. I've been learning slang from exchange students a lot. And slang makes us easy to communicate with people, I guess. Speaking of slang, Japanese can teach Japanese slang to exchange students. And also Japanese can teach district to them. It's totally fun!

I love the dorm!!

My favorite Fall activity is... EATING!!!

My favorite activity during Fall is eating! I love eating whole seasons, but during fall I have a big appetite. I mean, my appetite has increased. Maybe it's not only me but also everybody in Japan. It's because fall in Japan is called fall of appetite. I know it's called other name, but to me, fall is for eating!! For example, I get hungry soon everyday, even though right after each meal I'll get hungry soon. So fall is kind of important for me. Speaking of eating, I often eat kimchi these days. I love spicy food, especially Korean food. My favorite Korean food is Jimmiche (I don't know the correct spell and pronunciation), but nobody has it even Korean friends in Japan. That's why I eat kimchi instead of it. But as you know, kimchi is really good!

COLD

I've caught a cold... Now it's 3:40, and I can't sleep because of bad sore throat.

I sneezed a lot day before yesterday, but it stopped a bit. Next day, I felt something bad on my throat during make-up class. But I didn't care because I thought it's going to be fine soon, but I was wrong... I went to the dorm after the make-up class, and then, suddenly, the sore throat became super bad. I don't know why. So I decided to go home.

Before I arrive at home, I went to a supermarket to buy candy for throat. My throat was getting worse little by little. I began to eat the candy immediately after arriving at home. I don't remember the things from then. When I noticed, I mean I woke up, it's 2:30am. Then I just noticed I was having a bad sore throat ever. What is worse, it's cold in my room. I went sleep having bad sore.

Next day, I got up at 8:30am. The sore is still on my throat. I kept eating the candy all day, then my throat was getting better little by little. However, I farted a lot because of the candy. I couldn't stop fart somehow... Then I noticed I might have headache. But I didn't care a lot. And then, I noticed I might have a fever a bit, I tried to check my temperature, but I couldn't because it didn't exist in my house. I have to buy new one.

Tomorrow is Monday, and I have 4 classes from 1st period. Should I go to school tomorrow? Or Should I absent school tomorrow? Maybe I should absent school because I have a possibility to give this cold to my friends. But I'm writing this post now, which means I'm kind of fine right now. And I want to eat tacos tomorrow. Yea, Mr. Tomei is going to make tacos for us at lunch time. Alright, I'm going to bed now. I'm sure everything is alright! ...I guess.
